Each spring, our building walkways exhibit washout alongside the asphalt from over zealous winter snow removal. This is a trip and fall hazard in some locations and unsightly everywhere. Have I ensured enough 'cya' protection for facility staff and myself by notifying my manager even though no action is taken?
